Sending Group Emails in Mail
If you are using Apple’s Mail program and Address Book, you can easily send group emails! If you haven’t already set up groups in your address book, go ahead and watch the video for that and then set up a group. Once you have done that go to the Mail program and start a new message. To send the message to your group simply type in the name of the group in the “To” section. For example, if the name of your group is Family, just type Family in the “To” section and then hit enter. You will see that all of the people in your Family group are now added to the email. It’s so easy to create groups and quickly send an email to a lot of people!
