Signing up for Email
These days email is an essential communication tool. You can sign up for an email address either through your Internet service provider or with one of the free email providers, such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. If you want to sign up with your Internet provider, such as AT&T, Charter, Cox, etc you’ll need to contact them to get set up. I am a really big fan of Google’s free gmail, so I am going to show you how to sign up for an account. First off open a web browser. Then search for gmail. Here it is, click on google gmail. Right here you will see a link to create an account. Click on that and you’ll be taken to the sign up page. Fill out all of the necessary information and then you’ll be set up with a gmail account. When you are finished, you’ll be ready to sign in and get started emailing! So go back to the gmail sign in page, you may want to bookmark this page or set it as your browser homepage. I’m going to bookmark it so I can easily get back to this page anytime. Now just type in your new email address and password and your all set! Also, it’s important to note that you can access your gmail account from any computer in the world by going to the gmail login page!
